Technically, this stock was going to tank regardless of the insider sale. The buble burst on the i-net stocks last Mon AM with the huge gap up opening. << -as one can neither sell or buy stock within 30days of an announcement(that is my understanding >> Not sure on announcements, but I know that insiders can't sell within 30days of earnings releases.
