Great Play For Mon. AM...JVWB.......... I spoke with Sean at Investor relations on Friday afternoon. He confirmed that JVWB company president Greg Micek was en route to England, and will be holding talks over this weekend with Heitmann-Sac to try to finalize a joint venture between the two companies. Heitman-Sac (H-S) is a German company that specializes in creating and setting up web sites using cutting edge, voice recognition technology. H-S can set up a custom website in as little as 6 hours, and within 24 hours can have a fully functional website for your business that uses voice recognition technology that can understand and translate 28 different languages. JVWB will be the marketing branch for this venture in the USA. JVWeb and H-S will set up a joint venture to target a special area of the internet where they will set up,market and sell e-commerce websites to companies doing between $10-$50 million a year in business. Voice recognition technology is on the cutting edge, and will soon make the PC "mouse" obsolete. I was told that MCI presently owns 12% of H-S. I also learned that another German company Lernout-Hauspie (LHSPF)NASD, will aquire H-S in a buyout later in this week. This will throw some serious financial backing to this joint venture. LHSPF trades on NASD at about $35 per share, with a hi of about $62. They must be aware of the proposed joint venture, and approve of it as they are waiting 'till later in the week to make the aquisition of H-S. JVWeb has 7,200,000 shares issued and outstanding, with the company owning 90% of the shares. There are ONLY 366,000 shares in the public float!! At the closing price of about .34 cents on Friday, this looks like it could be a potential 10 bagger with ease. Someone must know something as this past Thursday there were only TWO HUNDRED (200) shares traded all day,and on friday over 200,000 traded.....hmmmmm?? Announcement of the joint venture should come early this week, maybe by tuesday, and the announcement of the aquisition of H-S by LHSPF by Thursday or Friday. If you decide to invest in JVWB,do your own due diligence, this post is NOT a recommendation by me to buy or sell this stock, but rather for informational purposes on info I obtained doing my own research. If you do decide to jump in......good luck, and have a very happy and prosperous holiday season......... Good Luck...... John |
