Tseng is a gamble. Its worthiness lies in your tolerance for risk. In my opinion its better than a 50/50 gambit but I have no factual data to make that statement. How much better? Pick a number from 1 to 100. That's right its a guessing game. At the moment Tseng is in an "all" or "nothing at all" situation with the life of the company hanging in the balance. This is nothing to take lightly in these times of rapidly changing markets and technologies. It was a changing market that put Tseng in the deep hole it now finds itself. Their management has not been good enough to avoid the storms. Its been one storm after another with hardly a ray of sunshine in between. It wasn't that long ago when they were in orbit. If you want a rocket stock. that is going to go straight up to the sky-- or explode on the launch pad-- within a year Tseng Lab is it.

The track record of Tseng is simple:

A. Excellent designs
B. Questionable leadership
C. Poor business decisions

Ladies and Gentlemen! May I call your attention to the center ring. Now for their next act, one of defiance against great odds and villains galore, may I present T-S-E-N-G L-A-B the magnificent. Bravo, bravo & bravo. I'd pay a buck to see that show.
