Hey, thread.

Just stomped on an equity manager who touts in a news' ad, amongst other fact he is a U.S. licensed dealer (word translation). If this was true he was a registered broker-dealer. Does anyone know a link where to look up that? At nasd.com or nasdaq.com?

The edgar was unsucessful in that case, seems that he has no ties to companies. There is a SEC enforcement center where names can be looked up with a history of said wrongdoings, if any?

Is there an easy way to do it?

TIA

C.
