wayne, i never expected anyone to buy into lven. i own it so i look at it every so often. i agree it only parks cars. but, they still have 11 million in cash no debt parking cars having a half baked deal with the casino that has not been built someone is buying this stock every day. it ain't me, as i own it <grin> sent you a note on some picks..have fun
