Judy do you have an opinion on ROK? they are spinning off their semi conductor business. I hear spin off date is Dec 11. Holders get 1 share of spin off for every two ROK. Will not hurt ROK bottom line earning wise as business was loosing money anyway. Spinoff has written off mucho inventory and the CEO hired ran VLSI, which has been a top performer. ht david
