The only thing so far that Amzn has stolen is Wal-Marts employees and alleged proprietary software.
Dalzell the CIO that the 'Thing' stole from them just sold 10,000 shares @ approx $200ps. Thats a profit of $2,000,000.00 for a years work.
Bet Wal-Mart wasn't paying him that much.

I'm sorry. Amzn has stolen some business away from B&N, and now they want it back. Even if they also have to give their books,tapes,cd's away for awhile.
Problem is, they have VERY deep pockets and all Bezos has is stock, albeit currently at a very nice price.
