Everyone,
Thanks to everyone for reminding us of the importance of what we are trying to accomplish with the cert call-back. It is important to note that these type of short-squeezes do not work at times. BUT, as was previously pointed out, this usually occurred concerning companies that were in poor shape and/or complete scams. We (DCI Shareholders) have the luxury to own a fully-reporting company showing tremendous growth quarter after quarter. Add to that the fact that, thanks to Joe Medsker, we have been able to track most of the short positions and identify many of our shorters. We get updated position reports on brokerage houses and can confirm that we are indeed starting to have an effect on our shorters. I have copied and pasted a letter I sent out to my E-Mail group earlier this morning stressing the same thing we have all been talking about today. I am in complete agreement that it is time to get demanding of our legal rights. I used Fidelity as an example of one house that is dragging their feet. Rest assured there are others. They enjoy getting their monthly payola from MM's for not having taken delivery of your shares. When we all put our collective demands together and get delivery, as is our right, you will really see the meaning of the word teamwork. My message (though quite repetitive of above) that I sent out this morning will follow after my sign-off.

Good Morning Everyone,
I just wanted to take a few moments to remind everyone of something very
important in regards to your cert callbacks. Anyone that has not
received them yet should definitely re-call your brokerage house and
demand that they check on their status. Some people have called to find
out that the process had not been started. Certain houses that we have
positively identified as being short through position reports (such as
Fidelity) are doing their best to slow up the process. Do not stop with
the first person you talk to when you call. Demand to talk to a
supervisor and demand that they check into the matter immediately as to
their status and also demand that they call you back with this
information as soon as they call and get the proper information. I did
so on Friday and finally got a call back and was told I should have them
in another week. If I don't I will call again. Remember, even if they
originally told you it might take 2-4 weeks it is still important that
you check and find out their status. As I said earlier, some found that
they had not started the process at certain brokerage houses and were
still showing up in their account. We can put the shorters in a world of
hurt if we stay on top of this situation. Joe Medsker and his sources have helped
tremendously in identifying many of these shorts for us and it will be
interesting to hear Monday's position reports from them.
Have a great Sunday and be sure to call your broker in the morning.
