Round 3......

1. Most people on the Investors Network bulletin boards were aware of the fact that you were leaving Mt Sinai to go to ADVR as early as May 1996, when was MT Sinai first informed of this?

Please explain why this is relevant to any of Dr. Hirschman's reseach?

2. MT Sinai was paid by ADVR for the study, was that for use of their facility only or were they in fact endorsing the study? Did Mt Sinai in fact endorse this study?

As you stated earlier ,the press release did not go either way on this issue. So, you can't say ADVR was misleading anyone with the release.
Let's take the conservative approach and say that Mt. Sinai only got paid for use of their facility and ADVR benefited from the prestige of having a DR from Mt. Sinai conduct the study. Now what's the problem? Why is this a big issue?

3. If you in fact did the work, FOR Mt Sinai, were they aware of your payments by ADVR. It is reported that you were paid 1,000,000 shares in 1995 and you sold those shares, prior to the release of your report. Why did you sell your shares?

Are you implying this could be like the "Resnick affair"? The way I read the press release was that Hirschman conducted a study using Mt Sinai's facility with their knowledge.Mt.Sinai got paid and Dr. H got options which he exercized and sold @.17.He could have made alot more.
IMO he sold prior to the report not to be tainted as you are implying.
I guess he can only answer that question but isn't that private?

4. While employed by MT Sinai you apparently carved out a lucrative contract with ADVR, under which you receive $325,000 a year, plus major benefits and 16,000,000 shares of stock, was MT Sinai made
aware of this? Did you feel that all the money you were taking from
ADVR would make "mainsteam" researchers question your results?

Most normal people line up a new job when they contemplate leaving their current one.( Except professional sports coaches!) Are you saying Mt.Sinai was supposed to be aware of this as it was ongoing? I don't think so.
325k + benefits doesn't seem outrageous to me. I guess that is what it took for him to leave a steady job for 28 years. Is Michael Jordan worth 30 million per season? The 16,000,000 options are at different price levels and spread over many years (5?). A valid incentive.
I'd like to know what mainstream researchers make. Can you tell us? You seem to know already and are implying it is a great deal less.
