Hi Richard, I can tell you what they do with your complains....file 13(G).... You get a spammed form letter back regardless of your letter. Those folks need to come clean with the problem because as shareholders, I feel we have a right to know their intentions. This private investigation reeks of gestapo tactics.....guilty until you can prove your innocence. I'm not saying DROM isn't partly at fault here as their shell corporation may be the cause for all this but the SEC works those problems out ALL THE TIME. There are so many total scams out there it just infuriates me when an agency that supposedly exists to protect us won't even let us know what is going on.....oh well, off the soapbox 4 now(G)...take care... MH
