**to all****** can DATEK or does DATEK know how to handle self directed 401k accounts? has anyone done this? Frustrated and _____ with E*Trade... after a month finally got my account opened last Nov.14th.... till this date Jan. 16th ACAT transfer is no were to be found! couldnt even get etrade to send me a "welcome package". all this after more than 27 emailing back and forth with at least 8 of their ""customer service"" people!!! stating that things have been corrected and I should received 'unwelcome letter' soon. what finally got to me was...I called my broker this morning and they had not received any request for an ACAT transfer!! LAST three emails sent to etrade since last Jan. 12th have been unanswered!!!! I'm sending Cotsakos copies of all the email. sorry about that.... RE: DATEK......I filled the application online last monday and got my user/password today!!!! will be opening one as a cash account! but I still am looking for an online one for my 401k account...i'll email DATEK with the info...has anyone have this kind of account? one last bash on etrade.....the only time i got true 'customer service' was when it came to inquiries on their 'Stock Game'..!! I should have known then. thank you, jem mapanao
