Mike ... sorry that you have seemed to lump all class actions against public firms into one distasteful pot.

For your edification and possible understanding... there are some public companies who have, do and will royally, illegally and intentionally screw their public shareholders ..... I hope for all our sakes that this in NOT true about ISLI & MIFGY ...BUT it could be.

I am NOT a suer nor a bottom feeder BUT I do have some major concerns about WHY an number of things with ISLI & MIFGY & ?? have occurred to all our extreme detriments.

(1) I had been a LONG time holder and supporter of ISLI, am familiar with its management and had been real happy about its turnabout some 18 months ago, and

(2) I was NOT happy nor convinced of the benefits of the MIFGY buyout and voted AGAINST it, and

(2) Once the deal was done, the downgrade(s) occurred, the stock price dramatically dropped, the earnings warning was issued and management never responded appropropriatly ... I contacted a class action law firm to delve into ISLI/MIFGY to see if there WAS anything there ... this has been going on for weeks now and a suit on my behalf was picking up the momentum of probability ....

Friday, I see 2 other firms filed .... MINE is not far behind !!

Mike, again I'm sorry for your unfair attitude and feelings (although probably justified in most cases) ... but if someone/thing/firm improperly screws me over ... I'm going after them !!

Just too much happened here for me not to think something that I a public company shareholder should not have been told about before I felt its negative impact ... TOO MUCH

Michael

BTW ... FWIW .... my losses on ISLI/MIFGY are somewhere between
$1-2 million so far.
