Gee Gary, you're digging too deep, lighten up. I am looking for an answer to the question exactly as I phrased it. You are wrong on all three counts, I'm not in the stock, haven't sold it, never knew about it before a news scan late last week. The Yahoo article on CORX's fight to stay listed is what I'm trying to get answer's to.

Cortex Pharmaceutical faces delisting
IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 13 (Reuters) - Cortex Pharmaceuticals Inc on Friday said the Nasdaq stock market has issued a notice to delist the company's stock from its smallcap market, and the company has requested a hearing on the matter.
In a statement, the drug development company said a hearing is expected in late December or early January, though no date has been set.
Cortex said the notice of delisting was prompted by the company's inability to comply with Nasdaq rules for listing.
Those rules require net tangible assets of $2 million, market capitalization of $35 million or net income of at least $500,000 in the most recently completed fiscal year or in two of three most recently completed fiscal years, Cortex said."
As to your "positive" attitude on the stock and the company lifting mankind's suffering.. good luck, BUT next time just try answering the question or contributing instead of trying to second guess the motive.
