Lamar, the reason that picture is so slow is because it's a huge picture (504 x 360) that you are scaling down (235 x 185) in HTML. Thus, it's about 195kb.

When you scale stuff in HTML, the actual size of the image doesn't change. In other words, you're not "changing" the image to be 235 x 185, you're merely telling the web browser to make it appear with those physical dimensions. It still stays at 195kb which is way too big.

You need to physically change the image in an editor like Photoshop. I went ahead and changed this one, and emailed it to you. It came down to 16kb from 195kb. Should load much much faster for you.
