I ran some pull-the-plug tests on my APC Back-UPS Pro 450
Specs say 300 watts is a full load

With a 160 watt load it ran for 19 minutes (about 5 min less than spec).

With a 285 watt load (2 computers, almost full load) it ran for two minutes then beeps like crazy until it shuts down 5 min later. (1 min less than spec)

I have not tried the PowerChute software with the 'save to disk' and 'event logging' features as I have only 32meg in my current machine and can't spare the RAM... but I will use it on my next machine.
