Dave,

I am sure glad I didn't stay up late last night when I see some of the times on these posts. I needed the 10 hours sleep.

I liked your point about the competitors (it's virtually all of them, isn't it?) with lower price to viewer ratios than YHOO. Do you know of any source that has compiled particular statistics on those ratios. I am particularly interested in the degree to which they differ. I know AOL is valued at about four times less per viewer/customer than YHOO, but their business is different. I actually think AOL's valuation should be higher than YHOO's on a per customer basis, but that's an argument for another time.

<Just "some" of the competition:

netscape.com
msn.com
snap.com
excite.com
goto.com
hotbot.com
excite.com
wherethehell.com
altavista.com
go.com

All with price to viewer ratios less than Yahoo.>
