Rick, I checked, and UUNET has a local dial# for my ISDN modem. I can try to keep the hours to 150 by using UUNET for trading and DNAI for research and all other internet surfing. (I'd gladly pay $50/month for trouble-free connections.)

I'll start with DNAI and see how they do. If they can deliver the benefit of UUNET, then I get 150 hours + $0.50/extra hour. If not, I'll do both and split my usage between them.
