Very nice of holder to avoid insider filing status. So guess what? They keep selling shares and converting as needed so that they print money and stay under the 10% filing requirement. Very cushy deal for everyone but the shareholders of common stock. Give it up, this thing is a complete bag of shist. BK looms very close in time.
