Well, we'll see, Sal. I don't own any ASND, so I'm just an impassive onlooker. It may be fascinating in the same way that it is fascinating to watch a burning building from a safe distance. 2 cents ahead of estimates. 1 cent ahead of last quarter's earnings. That's worth of PE of 65? And it's only "that low" because I'm figuring 4 qtrs through 12-31-96.
Also, just to be contrary (as opposed to disagreeable), I will add that just because the stock has gone nowhere in the last 8 months is no reason that the stock should go anywhere in the next 8 months.
I have to admit, I am biased against Ascend because of their IMO deceptive tactics to mislead investors into thinking that ASND would beat USRX to market with 56Kbps, when they clearly won't be, by virtually every analyst's opinion, in addition to normal people who have figured it out on their own.
