Mel, Look up! He didn't JUST take over. It was announced that he was the new CEO Oct. 17, there had been rumors on this board that he was taking over as early as May. He's got 11 months left until his deadline, if he doesn't have a plan by now, he's in deep doo doo. May I remind you ONE more time, this is a PUBLIC company, if there is going to be more dilution to the already outstanding 300,000,000 shares...and FYI, some idiot has already approved 1 billion can be issued, then its relevant, and material information that by law, the shareholders are entitled to know. However, I didn't ask that in my question and I don't see where you got the idea I said anything was "fishy" Can you point it out?

Since you read the boards on AOL, you are well aware of the fact that news of the studies was leaked in May, however the location was a "secret". That's not a problem for me. But I thought the reason that was given by Mr. Bregman for keeping the location a "secret" location was a bit dramatic. Supposedly if they announced where the tests were being conducted the world press corp would descend on the hospital, instilling fear in the subject patients. Scott Schiller has given us the company "line" on this in his post. When they finally announced the location, I didn't see anything on CNN about an invasion in Barbados did you? I was NOT referring to the results, Toe.
The rest of the questions in my letter are apparently not bothering you so I'll just print them without comment and see if any shareholder happens to have any answers, since the company has cut off communication we are in this fox hole alone and must rely on one another. If anyone else wants to answer, please have some facts, Mel is just "winging" it with his answers. We've had enough of that already.
1. Can you tell us something, anything ? about who Dr. Timothy Roach MD and Paul Levett PHD are? What are their specialties and where have they come from? What time frame is there for finishing these studies and will the results be non public until they "publish" them as yours were?
2.Who were the "peers" who reviewed your study for the Journal of
Investigative Medicine? Can you give us the names of your reviewers?
What important findings, if any, were made at Mt Sinai, during the 22 years you were their head of Infectious Disease dept?
3. You apparently made some remarks about receiving the Nobel Prize in Medicine for your work, for the last 5 years on "R", when did you actually begin looking at "R"?
4.Several names of other Drs have surfaced on these boards, can you tell us if you have or have had a working relationship with any of these people and if so, in what capacity?
Dr. Angelo Chinnici, conducted a rather loose study in Santo Domingo, Dr.Anthony Mangia, endorser and critic of Santo D. study, Dr. P. Non Diosdado, Jr. MD, FCAP, Dr. who declared a patient cured of Hep C, after using "R",Dr. Maria Hernandez, Mt Sinai of Miami, Dr. Lionel Resnick, Dr. Gallo, who claimed to have discovered the HIV virus, but was later discredited for his claims, Dr. Matthew Cohen, Dr. Morriset, the Canadian Dr. who was conducting a study on "R" until he found his work was being tampered with, according to a post on the AOL board.
5.Realizing this is purely hearsay on the part of people who have claimed to have conversations with you, they reported you said "R" will cure herpes and other viral diseases, are those your claims or do we have some "mispeakers"?
6.What make, model and color car did you select, the shareholders are
curious I'm sure. But you can skip this one if you want to.....don't want to pry too much :)
