I looked at CGI and LGS before settling on CGI as a long range investment (not a Y2K play). CGI seems more solid financially and have some very key partnerships (Bell Canada, IBM) to enhance their outsourcing capabilities and revenue (currently 70% of their business). I can't help but think that some of the the Y2K they take on for some companies will subsequently stay outsourced adding to their base of operations. I would like to have LGS too but EPS of .02 in each of their last 2 quarters didn't inspire me to pay current prices (over $5). I would buy LGS at the right price

I've had a brief look at Forecross' info on their Web site and it sounded promising. I really couldn't give much of an opinion without looking at their offering in detail, which I unfortunately don't have the time to pursue. Ditto UCMP and ISLI. I am very leery about all the hype around these companies, but I imagine some of them will do very well. Good luck!
