The class action lawsuits have taken longer than I would have expected if you have read my previous posts. I too am a long term holder who was quite disappointed in the takeover. At this point, it is apparent that it will be difficult to win as a shareholder in the short-term. The lawsuits should name both investment advisory firms along with the managment of both companies. Hopefully, we will be able to obtain significant monies from both the investment firms and the insurance company of MIFGY and ISLI. In either case the only hope short-term is to shop the company. I believe this will happen due to the lack of managment talent in the companies. I would expect this to also difuse the antitrust activity. However, I believe that if the company is shopped, the price will be in the $18-$23 range which is substantially below my costs. Either way we lose as shareholders.
