It looks like Rubin wants to quit. biz.yahoo.com I wonder if he wants to get back into the market. He clearly can't while in the Cabinet. Is hes spot at Goldman still available? I hope Clinton hires someone who understands the stock market. China also cut interest rates. This should help Asia. Cheers.. Chris.
