Barry, ADVR is NO Coca Cola "Is Coca-Cola patented? Why can't anyone reproduce it exactly? There are secrets in the formulation of Reticulose such as temperatures that prevent exact duplication" How could you even make a statement like this ? So basicly why should ADVR worry about a patent, when Coca Cola doen't have to.? PLAN AND SIMPLE > MARKET POWER ! even if xxx company found out the secret formula to Coke do you seriously think for a second that they could even compete with Coke! Do you think that people buy Coke for the tast of the secret formula ? Coke is everywhere, the soft drink market is all based on addvertizing and Product Hype. taste is secondary. Thus, whomever controls market share and has the most ammount of funds to spend on advertising will do the best. Does ADVR have market power ? Answer: HELL NO.... they have NO power Does ADVR have money to compete if anyone else gets R' Answer: HELL NO.... they don't even have money to do proper testing. THINK ABOUT IT!
