the balance is 144 restricted stock (from #reply-6689412)

The pre-IPO registration statement of Oct. 31, 1997 indicated there were 2.7 million rule 144 shares issued prior to the IPO. The IPO occurred on Nov. 25, 1997. Thus the one year holding period has been completed for all such shares. They can be registered via Form 144 and subsequently sold at any time.
