I disagree with you. I think this win proves that Maryland is PERHAPS the best team in the nation. One of their top players was offensively impotent, yet Maryland still won the game. Furthermore, Maryland proved that they're able to play a half-court game.

Stanford is a good team. Not a top 5 perhaps, but still a very good team. A big win for the TERPS today given that Stanford lost to UNC (revenge factor) and that this was Maryland's first real test.
