By the way I still love my star-tac's, and there is no Q's insight in NYC. However my phone does have some software glitches, and is far from de-bugged. It refuses to connect me to my voice mail, and does some strange thing's some times. I also think the baisic parts and assecories on the phone are better then my old Q phone. IE the key pad was much easier to use, the cord's fit better, and the charger's are faster. I guess Motorolla has learned alot in making Cell phones!
