EyeDrMike, Who or which department at E*Trade did you write or email to? Did you just go through their "customer service" (I use the phrase loosely) e-mail? I'm asking because I can't seem to get a personal response from these jerks. Its always some bogus "canned" response. If you could post the address I would be most appreciative. Baker
