One of the ideas I've been mulling over lately is that we, as investors, are not primarily interested in forecasting how business will be. We are primarily interested in forecasting the behavior of other investors. Things like fundamentals, how business is doing, and technical analysis are only of interest to the extent that we believe they will help us forecast what other investors will do. Food for thought?
