Just to add a little reality check to SPPTY fans, please consider the following. Suncor is due to announce their development plans in late Feb./March sometime. If they go ahead big-time, I see the stock making a good leap. But then you may have a long, long period of dead news time, when they build plants and so on. Big-time profits may not be seen for years. In the meantime, the stock could flounder quite a bit. Other things to consider are the number of shares outstanding- 280 mill. or so and the fact that they only own half the business along with Central Pacific Minerals. You'd have to analyze oil retrieval potential closely along with projected oil prices to determine the potential value of stock. I've heard projections of $20 or more, but that is if everything falls into place perfectly. Not wanting to rain on your guys parade. In my mind this stock was a great speculative buy at $.75, but at these prices the stock's best days may already be behind us.
