SEC attorneys visiting DGIV??

Last time I heard SEC attorneys showing up at a company was for the company involved in wrongdoing...see GIFS, SEXI, WORKE.

SEC attorneys usually visit companies to do investigative work. Not to pour over company files for the prospect of becoming listed on an exchange.
