Sat MIke: Guess my memory isn't that bad, also remember N at $ 33.

Heard the other night on evening news, topic: corporation merger/acquisitions, Nextel was a good candidate for a WCOM acquisition.(N is at a nice low price) However, in order for that to happen Mcaw would have to be agreeable. There probably isn't enough stock floating to accomplish the transaction. Comments appreciated, all except the typican cheerleader comments about the stock worth gazillions. If the debt comes with the stock it is not worth that much.<VBG> maybe $ 25 per share in today's market.

Because of all the hype with the internet, and everyone wanting to believe what they hear over the internet, we could actually start a rumor and pass it around. Ya know Nextel is secretly being stalked by WCOM, price near 100. per share.(na 50 is more believable) The stock will soar to the price that the loyal followers are hoping for. Then everyone here can bail out at a nice profit before the sheep realize that it is merely a nonsense rumor. THINK ABOUT IT!

Under the table tennis, for me.
