Heartsoft does not distribute to the retail market. That segment of educational sales is highly saturated and we focus on building and district school sales in the $500 and up area instead of the $20-$40 range. Typically publishers have to contend with up to a 70% discount rate to get their products on the retail shelves and with 5,000 titles vying for the space of a few hundred, we prefer to focus on the school market with very little discounting.
