Cyclopss Enters South American Market
SALT LAKE CITY--(BW HealthWire)--Dec. 7, 1998--Cyclopss Corp. (OTC BB:OZON) announced today it has entered into
a joint venture/distributorship with ZYNKO TECHNOLOGIES AND MARKETING, a West Point, Ga. company with sales offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil and
manufacturing in Mexico.
ZYNKO manufactures and markets specialty air and oxygen handling equipment for the South American Hospital and Healthcare markets.
ZYNKO has placed its first order for a Ster-O-Zone air disinfection system, designed specially for the South American market which has identified healthcare air
systems as a major potential contributor to the spread of airborne pathogens.

The first Ster-O-Zone air disinfection system will be manufactured in Cyclopss' Salt Lake City facilities. However, the agreement anticipates future systems to be
manufactured in Mexico, under license, by ZYNKO for the Mexican, Central and South American markets.
