CNBC reporting - CS First Boston raises CPQ's 1999 earning estimate from S1.70 to $1.75.

If you do your research you'll see this $1.75 still leaves them a penny below the average estimate. So will this really help? Do investors see the word raises and immediately pick up the phone to their broker?
