Gee folks, I think this is a familiar Canadian story. Company tries to grow to fast, does not really know what it is buying (Please see the tale of Ray Loewen, Loewen Group). Companies need to consolidate and take at all of the costs from one acquisition before pursuing another. No offence, but this company needs to digest what it has already eaten before it chews on more. IMHO.
