Technical knowledge can be useful in order to compare several products feature by feature. I could have done some technical comparisons. And probably my conclusion would have been that ASCEND has some technical benefits. Technical knowledge is also useful in order to understand what is hot air (IDSL ?) , at a technical point of view, and what is not. In my young carrier, I've had both a technical approach, beeing a technical support engineer in a telecom company during 3 years, and a marketing approach. I won't tell you more... The rest is pure Ego. After reading my last post,full of gramatical errors, and beeing again unable to Re edit it, I am sure of one thing : My English has to be improved. I will work hard and try to reach this goal.
