"There are many, many good firms that offer that already, so why worry about whether CyBerTrader can do it? That's not what they do."

Why???
My two cents Bill, I disagree with you.
I've been waiting for several months to open a Cyber account, but won't do it until they offer full service option trading. I know I can use one firm for investments, one for position trades, one for daytrades, but I don't want to do that. I want one firm that can handle anything I want to do.

"Most options strategies are beyond simple buying and selling calls and puts are extremely complicated and are not appropriate for daytrading execution software such as CyBerTrader."

Again, why???
It sounds like you're commenting on something here you may not understand. I've traded and daytraded all sorts of option positions for years, so you don't have to tell me about option trading. But why couldn't it be better/faster/easier with Cyber.

Just because you're happy with what you have, I can't believe I'm the only one who's business they are losing by not offering options.

PS With most traders I know or come across, news is the last thing they want clouding their mind (or their screen). And following your logic, there are several news sources on the internet, why should Cyber mess with that. I'd much rather see option trading.
