Pat,

Yes, Stargazer was the BA project associated with the VOD trials in Northern VA and Hampton Roads. The Northern VA trial was conducted using ADSL and was touted at the time by BA as a major success. So what does one do with a major success? You try a larger trial with a different technology...brilliant! BA expanded the trial in Hampton Roads using CAWS wireless, which apparently had major problems with connectivity.
