Traveling, I have no idea how the drama continues after January 9th. The conversion price is given a new ceiling (determined by the stock's price between roughly Dec 9 to Jan 9), but it is not given a floor, since the conversion after Feb 9 is the lowest of the new ceiling and a moving average. Crude prices and developments in the field will influence possible rallies, but rationality dictates that such rallies will be met with shorting, particularly if the rallies bring the stock to some premium over the new lower ceiling. The companies will have to come up with some very exciting news to counteract the death spiral effect of the floorless. Zeev
