Interpretation of press release:
After reviewing the current press releases since the initial discovery, here are some things I have gleaned from them. I believe we are talking 4 specific target areas each of which are separated 500 meters apart, 2 of these target areas are separated by 300 meters and is the location of 2 sites where the outstanding boulder samples were found, the one site indicates a pipe is there as evidenced by the green clay material which coincides with Kimberlite material possibly the pyroclastic phase which indicates that pipe is intact, which based on the size could host 20,000,000 to 30,000,000 tons. Secondly large stones over 1mm in any one direction at both these sites indicate economic significance. Site #5 is indicated as being located on an island in the north-arm of snap lake where 4 diamonds were found. Site #6 is located on the South shore of Snap lake, where 2 diamonds were recovered. The geochemical analysis compares favorably to producing pipes in Siberia which hosts high percentage gem quality ratios and command valuations up to 250.00carot. I feel Winspear will trade up to 5.00C as drill time approaches, and based on the 57% interest held on the project I would not be surprised to prices in the 6.50 to 7.00 range upon an initial discovery. Gem quality, carots/ton. and the distribution of large stones and resource tonnage ultimately determine the value of the discovery. At this time 2 sites exhibit the above characteristics, high diamond counts, economic sizes and mineral chemistry which indicate the probabilty that the diamonds have survied the journey thru the diamond stability field. This stock in my opinion is moving quickly from a mere speculation to an investment with long term implications. I plan on adding more at current prices, whether you do is your choice. I will expand my position whenever a sell off occurs because ultimately in the end much higher prices are in the cards. The only other time I averaged up was with Aber Resources, and was not disappointed, fundamentally for reasons stated above I think the story will be better.
