For some reason it fell to Herb Greenberg to update the Cramer/Wavephore saga:

thestreet.com

Condensed version for non-subscribers:

o Cramer told Greenberg he (quoting the article) "probably will never again make negative public comments about a company."
o WAVO has asked for an SEC investigation of Cramer's comments.
o A letter-writing campaign has been launched to ban Cramer from CNBC.
o Finally, Greenberg, no sycophant of Cramer, nevertheless notes the double standard that exists, in that it's apparently OK for co-hosts to make comments about companies they are invested in, just so long as those comments are positive. (He doesn't mention the "fraud-u-net" comment.)

Hope everyone's happy now.
