This is just a thought, but is it possible that the continued shorting
of this stock was due in part to DCI's assumed inability to deliver
on existing contracts? Now this agreement gives DCI that
infrastructure necessary to complete the contracts as well as
proceed toward further growth. A business' growth is limited by
infrastructure and cash, both of which are dealt with in this
release, assuming DCI can collect the debt.
