Joe, Here is a little info I dug up on IXC: 1. IXV has significant cash on hand and just recently established a new 600 million $ credit line. Having a partner with the $$ is always nice. (GG) 2. The US coast to coast fiber-optic cable IXC owns is the most technologically advanced cable currently in operation from what I have read. 3.
