PEV came up on a scan I had run last weekend and was discussing it wit Steve. We were looking at possible breakout candidates, PEV was one.

PEV is really hasn't done much since Friday, may want to go down and base some before resuming, 14.50 would look like a good place to rest. Anything more than 14.50 and it may have topped at 16.

On the other hand, there is still a chance it may want tro do something right here. It needs to do it quickly, though.

If I 'add' paragraph 1 to paragraph 2, I would get ambiguity which translates into-
When in doubt, stay out.

Your pros and cons are right on the money. If you don't feel overwhelmed by the positives, you move on to the next one.

Thats why they are called candidates, not all of them can be winners.
