Richard, I just went through a comparative analysis of PROG and EGGS, since they are in essence in the same business, with somewhat different target markets, here are my findings:

PROG EGGS
Price/share 10 18
Book value $6.25 $3.44
B/V less goodwill $4.4 $2.00
Shares 5 MM 24 MM
Earnings(curr/Next) $.6/.8/share Loss.3/?/share)
Annual sales $230 MM 130 MM
Capitalization: $50 MM $432 MM
PSR .217 3.3

So why is PROG, a much better company then EGGS selling so low relative to EGGS. PROG, IMHO is a value play which if it is ever discovered to be an internet play could roar. Of course, for that we need some "rational markets". Guess what, I just bought some PROG, I hope I do not end up with EGGS on my face.
