BG, We should soon see a press release from Wavetech also. It will give us an opportunity to see a 3rd version. I do know the merger with them is a definite go. There is a lot of information yet to come concerning the alliance with IXC. DCI will now be carrying their own traffic through out the world. They will be able to sell bandwith to other companies. Most of their income will be coming from locale and long distance service. After a 24 month ramp up period DCI will be looking at a billion dollars of revenues. DCI has signed an agreement with a company called Jazztell that makes DCI a locale telephone company in Spain. DCI will soon provide long distance service in the US. The Canadian JV will now become more profitable and much easier to sell. We are probably much closer to an AMEX listing than we know. As Joe said this morning, the ramifications of this alliance are huge and DCI will now be more attractive to a number of other suitors. Best Regards
