A note of clarification. An SEC rep was interviewed recently on
CNBC. The SEC had just added 100 agents to monitor the internet and
the main thing they were looking for was people who are associated in
some way with a company (lets just say SEAC for example) who come on
the internet and post false information about a competitor's product
(lets just say CCUR's for example). According to the SEC this is
totally against the law and can lead to a jail term for convicted
offenders. They encouraged people like me and you to report any
suspected case of this.

Respected analysts make price predictions all the time which turn out
to be wrong. If they couldn't do that there would be no analysts.
