My point is that it may be very common. It is common in my business but it is against the rules. I am just asking questions. Is it common. Has anyone else been convicted of this? Why Epsy?

You can call the O.J. case jury nullification but I do not think it was a conciouse decision.

You would have to be black and live in South Central L.A. to understand how the jury saw the evidence. I can't do that so I respect the decision although it is not the decision I would have made ( I think)
