Has there been any announcement as to the date of record for owning Mall that would entitle Mall owners to receive .7 shares of uBid for one share of Mall? Is it possible to still buy Mall now and receive those rights? I am totally confused. Investors are put at a disadvantage, Mall has not made a date of record announcment when they IPOd uBid. Any one have have any definitive information? TIA Dan Dwyer
